Low capacitance unidirectional quadruple ESD protection diode arrays

Low capacitance unidirectional quadruple ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode array in a very small SOT353 (SC-88A) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, designed to protect up to four signal lines from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.

  • Low clamping voltage: VCL = 12 V

  • Ultra low leakage current: IRM = 75 nA
