Frans is Nexperia’s CEO, leading the Executive Management Team to guide the company to market growth and maintain its leadership position. Before Nexperia, Frans served as EVP and GM of Standard Products for 8 years, after successful periods with Philips and IBM. He holds an MBA from the IMD in Lausanne and is based in the Netherlands.
Erik is Nexperia’s CFO, leading the team responsible for the financial and administrative strength of the company. He served seven years as VP and BU Controller, six years of which he also acted as MD of NXP Germany. Erik studied Economics at Justus-Liebig-University, Gießen, Germany and brings wide financial experience and strong leadership to the Nexperia Management Team.
Gerton is Nexperia’s SVP Sales & Marketing, and comes to the role with more than 22 years’ experience, 18 of which at Philips and NXP. During this time, he held several Sales, Marketing and Brand Management-related roles. Gerton combines strong leadership and drive with deep understanding of Nexperia customers, products and markets. He holds a Master’s Degree from Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
Julian is Nexperia’s GM MOS Discretes, and runs our business in the UK. For more than 30 years, his specialist engineering knowledge and experience has seen Julian in a variety of senior roles in semiconductors. He led Business Development in Philips for the emerging digital TV industry, after overseeing the launch of the world’s first full system-on-a-chip for television in the late 90s. He holds a Ph.D. in Semiconductors Physics from the University of Liverpool.
Achim is Nexperia’s GM BG Bipolar Discretes, leading the team responsible for driving improvements in cost, quality and delivery. He has a strong manufacturing and operational background, implementing high-impact manufacturing strategies and operational excellence initiatives. Achim brings a passion for efficiency and more than 20 years’ experience to the role. Achim holds a Bachelor’s from the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne and a Master’s from the University of Siege, both in Electrical Engineering.
Dan is Nexperia’s GM BG Logic & Protection, with more than 25 years in the industry bringing deep market knowledge and insight to the role. Before joining Nexperia, he worked at NXP and Texas Instruments in various roles including Strategic Marketing, Test & Product Engineering, Applications Engineering, Systems Engineering and Business Development. Dan holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.
Stefan is Nexperia’ s SVP HR, overseeing the global Human Resources function. Stefan brings wide experience from his 20-plus years in HR, in senior roles with leading companies including Bristol Myers Squibb, Amgen, Belden and Nutreco. He holds a Human Resources Bachelor degree from the HAN university Nijmegen and a Master’s in Management & Organization from the Tilburg University.
Sean is Nexperia’s COO, overseeing business and manufacturing at our five factory sites. He is responsible for all global operations, and brings more than 30 years of semiconductor knowledge and experience to the role. Most recently, Sean spent five years as GM and EVP of Technology & Operations at NXP, and has served in senior leadership positions with Freescale, Motorola and MEMC/Sun Edison. Sean has also previously served as a board member of SMIC. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from The John Hopkins University.
Charles is Nexperia’s General Counsel, leading the legal and IP team in its worldwide service. Charles brings extensive experience to the role, having worked in senior legal functions for leading global companies including Philips and Akzo Nobel for more than 30 years. Most recently, he served as SVP and Chief Commercial Counsel for NXP. Charles is also Board Secretary. Charles holds a Master’s in Law from the Radboud University of Nijmegen.
Rainer is Nexperia’s VP Strategy and Chief of Staff, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the role. His background is in strategy and business development for NXP and Philips, where he also worked in marketing and IC development. Rainer holds a PhD in Computer Science from Hamburg University.
