NEVB-NPS4001, NEVB-NPS4069 load switch evaluation board
The NEVB-NPS4069 and NEVB-NPS4001 are two-layer PCBs containing the NPS4069 and NPS4001 load switches. This device features test point connections and headers for convenient ease-of-use. These EVBs also allow the user to control the device with user-defined test conditions, and take accurate device measurements.

• Input operating voltage range (VIN): 2.5 V to 5.5 V
• Rated currents: 1.5A (NPS4069) and 2A (NPS4001)
• ON resistance (RDS(on)):
• VIN = 5.5 V: 55 mΩ (typical)
• VIN = 3.3 V: 65 mΩ (typical)
• VIN = 2.5 V: 80 mΩ (typical)
• Constant current during current limit
• No body diode when disabled (no current path from pin OUT to pin IN)
• Active reverse voltage protection
• Built in soft start
• Convenient connections via test points and INPUT/OUTPUT terminals
