Autosense Translators

LSF

Nexperia’s LSF switch base translators, offer bi-directional voltage level translators with wide supply range operational from 0.95 V to 5.0 V between two systems, allowing translation without the need for a direction pin in open-drain and push-pull applications.

  • Bi-directional voltage translation with no direction pin 
  • One pass transistor per channel plus reference channels
  • Level translation is achieved by a pass transistor and external pull-up resistors 
  • Intended for push-pull and open-drain interfaces (I2C)

  • Low RON provides less signal distortion

  • 5 V tolerant I/O pins to support TTL
  • High-impedance I/O pins for EN = Low
  • Flow-through pinout for easy PCB trace routing

  • Specified from -40 °C to +125 °C
