Nexperia provides product compliance information for EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2015/863, and for China RoHS requirements applicable to electrical and electronic products.
Some Nexperia semiconductor products comply with EU/CN RoHS by using applicable lead exemptions. Current Nexperia use cases are high melting temperature type solders and lead in glass or ceramic matrix applications. The corresponding exemption references are EU RoHS 7(a) / CN RoHS 8.1 and EU RoHS 7(c)-I / CN RoHS 8.3.1.
For EU RoHS, legacy exemption entries 7(a) and 7(c)-I remain valid until 30 June 2027. Successor entries introduced by Commission Delegated Directives (EU) 2025/1802 and (EU) 2025/2363 include 7(a)-I and 7(c)-V, function (1), with applicability currently expiring on 31 December 2027.
Nexperia cannot determine or guarantee the compliance status of a third-party product or system that incorporates Nexperia components.

Pb-FreeProducts marked with the Pb-free symbol do not contain lead above 0.1 % by weight (1000 ppm) in any homogeneous material. |
Nexperia uses the RHF-2006 indicator to identify both RoHS compliance status and Nexperia halogen-free status by means of a single letter code. RHF stands for RoHS Halogen-Free. The indicator is used on product marking, packing labels, and customer-facing product compliance information.
