Applications
Nexperia's buffer options include inverting and non-inverting variants of bit width ranging from single bit to 32-bit. Buffers are available in all logic families providing options from 0.8V to 15V.
Buffers are available in standard logic and innovative PicoGate packages. Smaller leadless MicroPak and DQFN packages are available for PCB space saving. Nexperia's buffers are fully specified from -40 °C to 125 °C.
