Quad buffer/line driver; 3-state

The 74ALVC125-Q100 is a quad non-inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs. The output enable input (nOE) controls the 3 state outputs (nY). A HIGH on the nOE pin causes the outputs to assume a high-impedance OFF-state.

This product has been qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 3) and is suitable for use in automotive applications.

  • Power-down mode
  • Latch-up performance exceeds 250 mA
  • Complies with JEDEC standards:
    • JESD8-7 (1.65 V to 1.95 V)
    • JESD8-5 (2.3 V to 2.7 V)
    • JESD8B/JESD36 (2.7 V to 3.6 V)
  • ESD protection:
    • MIL-STD-833, method 3015 exceeds 2000 V
    • HBM JESD22-A114F exceeds 2000 V
    • MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200 V (C = 200 pF, R = 0 Ω)
