Low-leakage quadruple diode

High-speed quadruple switching diode, encapsulated in a SOT363 (SC-88) very small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.

Features and benefits

  • Switching time: typ. 0.8 µs

  • Continuous reverse voltage: max. 75 V

  • Repetitive peak reverse voltage: max. 85 V

  • Repetitive peak forward current: max. 500 mA

  • Qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications
