30 V, N-channel Trench MOSFET

N-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) in a small SOT23 (TO-236AB) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package using Trench MOSFET technology.

Not recommended for new designs (NRND).
