Nima Lotfi started with Nexperia in 2019 as Application Engineer after completing his Master of Science in electrical engineering at Hamburg University of Technology and following a one-year internship with the company. Currently he is focused on power discretes.

Eric Palm works as a development engineer at Nexperia, bringing nearly six years of expertise in semiconductor technology additional to his Master of Science in microelectronics systems. He specializes in the development of (power) bipolar transistors. His expertise spans both backend and frontend semiconductor development.

Pedram Zoroofchi

Product Manager Power Bipolar Discretes

Pedram Zoroofchi joined Nexperia in 2017 while completing his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. Following his graduation, he entered Nexperia’s post-graduation program in product management, where he took charge of the entire power bipolar transistor portfolio. Since then, Pedram has been responsible for managing and optimizing this product line, leveraging his technical expertise and deep industry knowledge to drive success in the power semiconductor market.
