ITEC is the Industrial Technology and Engineering Centre at Nexperia, where we work with mechatronics to create the machines that make our products. Two years ago, the machines in our lab were paper, ideas and schematics. Today they are the new definition of efficiency. That’s what brings me to work, the fact that our plans come to life, we implement our ideas and make them real. We are valued in Nexperia, and we have a strong relationship with academia, where we work to recruit the brightest talent to join our ranks. Here, good ideas are rewarded, in exciting work with challenge and adventure. We need to be selective to find the highest level of candidate to work here, but for the right people, this is an exceptional job.
