Longevity program

  • The Nexperia Longevity Program is aimed to provide our customers information from time to time about the expected time that our products can be ordered. The NLP is reviewed and updated regularly by our Executive Management Team.
  • Longevity statements are made based on good faith commercial assumptions. These assumptions may turn out to be incorrect for reasons that we can’t reasonably control or foresee. No legal rights can be derived from our program. Nexperia retains the right to amend longevity statements at its reasonable discretion.
  • Products that are in our longevity program remain subject to ordinary course policies, such as Product Change Notifications or End of Life and replacement by another (equivalent) product.
  • Longevity statements are valid for at least a minimum period of the years mentioned in the below tables (e.g. 10 years). Furthermore Nexperia evaluates market developments constantly and although we cannot commit to Longevity for all our products, we will be adding products to the Longevity program on an ongoing basis.
