Each product page contains a link to the chemical contents of that part in the quality table. You can find the production status on the product pages of our website. Customers who purchase products on a regular basis will receive written notice if a regularly purchased product is to be discontinued (see clause 18 of our Terms and Conditions of Commercial Sale). Upon request, Nexperia can recommend a replacement product.

The suffix at the end of the part number refers to the packing method. There is no difference in function or material composition between the variants. For details, please see the 'Package' section on the product information page when you search for the specific part on our website.

Washability is not indicated by the part number, and Nexperia does not provide a recommended washing procedure. Customer processes and materials used for PCB cleaning are outside of Nexperia's control and therefore cannot be evaluated by us.

Direct contact with water, water-based solutions, or moisture condensation on any molded product is not recommended, as this introduces quality risks outside of Nexperia's control. The package is not hermetically sealed, so moisture can enter the component body and remain trapped within. This may lead to corrosion if no further processing occurs, and to delamination if washing is followed by any high-temperature process step.

In addition, a washing process may cause ingress of corrosive elements into the component body, further increasing the risk of corrosion-related failure modes.
