What does a day in the work of Finja look like?

A normal workday mainly includes regular touchpoints and interaction with the management team of the business I do support at all different sites. Together we are working on all relevant HR topics starting from talent & performance management but also business specific topics. Apart from that, every workday differs from another and could range from project work to preparation of meetings or do some regular reporting and email correspondence on ongoing HR and business topics. 

As part of TeamNexperia you are really part of a (cross-functional) team independently from your department, role, age or location. Hamburg is one of the nicest cities in Germany with all the different neighborhoods, the Alster and canals. Its not too spacious so that you can reach different parts of the city quite easily. You live close to the sea and country side and at the same time there are so many things to explore inside and outside of the city so that it will never get boring.
