
74HCS09-Q100
Quad 2-input AND gate with Schmitt-trigger inputs and open-drain output
The 74HCS09 is a quad 2-input AND gate with open-drain outputs. Inputs include clamp diodes that enable the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC.
All inputs are Schmitt-trigger inputs, capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals.
